Anthony Sanfilippo is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Pinnacle Entertainment. Anthony has more than 30 years of gaming entertainment experience and since joining Pinnacle Entertainment in 2010 has led the company through significant growth. In 2013, Pinnacle acquired Ameristar Casinos, doubling in size to 15,000 team members with 15 gaming entertainment properties in the United States. Also in 2013, Pinnacle acquired the Heartland Poker Tour and entered into a management contract with Retama Park Racetrack in Selma, Texas, holding the majority interest in the racing license. In 2014, Pinnacle opened the Belterra Park Gaming & Entertainment Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. Anthony is also a member of the board of directors of Pinnacle Entertainment.
Prior to joining Pinnacle, Anthony served as president, chief executive officer and a board member of Multimedia Games Inc., a creator and supplier of comprehensive systems, content and electronic gaming units for various segments of the gaming industry. Prior to joining Multimedia Games, he served in leadership roles at Harrah's Entertainment, Inc. During his tenure at Harrah's, Anthony served as president of Harrah's central and western divisions, overseeing the operations of more than two dozen casinos and gaming resorts. In addition, he was president and chief operating officer for Harrah's New Orleans and a board member of Jazz Casino Corp. prior to Harrah's acquiring full ownership. He has directed tribal gaming operations in Arizona, California and Kansas and has held gaming licenses in most states that offer legalized gambling.
Carlos Ruisanchez is Pinnacle Entertainment’s President and Chief Financial Officer and a member of its Board of Directors. He oversees the Company's overall strategy and development activities, as well as its business and gaming analytics efforts. Carlos is directly responsible for managing the financial and administrative functions of the finance department, including: management of the capital structure, strategic financial planning, accounting, strategic sourcing, business improvement, bank and financial community relationships, internal and SEC reporting, and internal and industry analysis to support the Company's goals for growth and profitability.
Carlos joined Pinnacle in August 2008 as its Executive Vice President, Strategic Planning and Development. Previously, he worked at the investment banking firm Bear, Stearns & Co., which he joined in 1997 and where he most recently served as Senior Managing Director responsible for corporate clients in the gaming, lodging and leisure industries, as well as financial sponsor banking relationships.
Ginny Shanks brings over 30 years of gaming industry experience in marketing and operations to her current role as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for Pinnacle Entertainment. In this role, she is responsible for all company-wide marketing strategies, including the ongoing development of distinct property brand positioning and overall branding strategies; enterprise-wide database marketing efforts; and the continued evolution of the mychoice guest loyalty program. She also has oversight of Food & Beverage, Hotel Operations, Guest Service, Information Technology, and Gaming Operations.
Prior to joining Pinnacle Entertainment in October 2010, as the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, Ginny held senior executive positions for more than 25 years at the property, division and corporate levels of Caesars Entertainment, Inc. Throughout her tenure with Caesars, she was responsible for maximizing the value of the company’s key strategic brands – Caesars, Harrah's, and Horseshoe casinos; the Total Rewards player loyalty program; and the World Series of Poker. In addition to setting overall corporate brand strategy, Ginny oversaw sports and entertainment marketing, strategic alliances, consumer insights, retail, public relations and nationwide casino promotions. In 2008, she was the recipient of the Casino Marketing Lifetime Achievement Award, the first woman to be honored with this distinction. Ginny was also the recipient of the Great Women in Gaming Proven Leader award in 2015. Following her career with Caesars, Ginny was the Chief Marketing Officer for Multimedia Games, from 2008-2010, where she led product strategy, project management and investor relations.
Ginny is currently on the Board of Directors for Global Gaming Women, an independent charitable organization, whose mission is to nurture emerging female leaders in the gaming industry.
Donna Negrotto is Pinnacle Entertainment's Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Prior to this role, she held the position of Vice President, Legal at Pinnacle and brings to the company more than 20 years of experience as in-house counsel in the gaming industry.
Donna joined Casino Magic Corp in 1996 as Associate General Counsel, a position she held through the acquisition of that company by Pinnacle's predecessor Hollywood Park in 1998. Over her tenure at Pinnacle and predecessor entities, she has added responsibility and oversight of legal matters related to the strategic development and governmental affairs aspects of the business, most recently focused on key items related to the Gaming and Leisure Properties transaction. Prior to her role as in-house counsel in the gaming industry, she spent six years in private practice, where she primarily focused on gaming, commercial and environmental law.
Troy Stremming is the Executive Vice President of Government Relations & Public Affairs for Pinnacle Entertainment. He is responsible for enhancing and maintaining the public and governmental perception of the company and he oversees public and community relations. Troy joined the team in 2013 upon Pinnacle’s acquisition of Ameristar Casinos.
Troy’s casino career started in 1996 as General Counsel for Station Casinos’ Midwest Operations. In 2000, when Stations sold its Midwest Operations to Ameristar, he was promoted to Vice President of Government Relations. Since that time Troy has taken on additional responsibilities and his most recent position with Ameristar was Senior Vice President of Government Relations & Public Affairs. Troy oversaw the public and community relations of the company and served as its spokesperson on all external matters. He also directed the company’s lobbyists, effectively advocating for the company in all of the states in which Ameristar operated and at the federal level. Some of the highlights of his career include playing a pivotal role in campaigns that resulted in the removal of the Missouri loss limit and raising of the bet limits in Colorado.
Neil Walkoff has served as the Company’s Executive Vice President of Operations since August 2013. He currently oversees all of the operations of the company’s properties in Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Mississippi, St. Louis, Missouri, as well as the Boomtown New Orleans property in Louisiana.
Neil joined Pinnacle Entertainment in August 2010 as the Vice President and General Manager of River City Casino and Hotel. In 2011, he was promoted to Senior Vice President overseeing both River City and Lumiere Place Hotels and Casino. In 2012, he was promoted to Executive Vice President of Regional Operations, adding to his responsibilities Belterra Resort (Indiana) and Belterra Park (Ohio). With the acquisition of Ameristar Casinos in August 2013, Neil was promoted to Executive Vice President of Operations, taking on the added oversight of the Ameristar properties in Missouri and Indiana. In 2016, Pinnacle Entertainment acquired the management of the Meadows casino, located 25 miles outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Neil oversees the operations of the property as well. With eight properties under Neil’s oversight, they remain focused on delivering strong financial results via having the right leadership teams in place, creating a great work environment for team members, providing outstanding service to our guests, and having targeted capital and marketing strategies.
Christina Donelson is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and oversees all functions of Human Resources for Pinnacle Entertainment including recruiting, talent, benefits, compensation, internal communications and team member engagement.
Christina joined Pinnacle Entertainment in 2010 as the Vice President of Talent Management and in 2011 was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to joining Pinnacle, Christina worked for Caesars Entertainment in leadership and talent development for five years. She got her start in the hospitality industry as a gate agent for Delta Airlines and has worked in a variety of front-line and managerial roles in the hotel, restaurant and airline industries. She is active in the research and development of women leaders and is the former chair of the Women’s Research Institute of Nevada. She is also active with the American Gaming Association’s Global Gaming Women group.
Keith W. Henson is Senior Vice President of Operations and General Manager of Pinnacle Entertainment’s Ameristar Casino Hotel Kansas City and oversees operations at Ameristar Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk, Ameristar Casino Hotel Council Bluffs and Cactus Pete’s Resort Casino.
Since joining Pinnacle Entertainment in 1997, Keith has worked many different frontline and management positions. Most recently, Keith was Sr. Vice President & General Manager of our L’Auberge Casino Resort Lake Charles property. Previously he served as the Senior Director of Human Resources at L’Auberge and worked as a President’s Associate managing special projects for Anthony Sanfilippo. Keith’s extensive gaming experience also includes positions as corporate Vice President of Casino Operations and corporate Vice President of Relationship Marketing for Pinnacle.
Mickey Parenton is Senior Vice President of Operations and General Manager of Pinnacle Entertainment’s L’Auberge Casino & Hotel Baton Rouge and oversees operations at L’Auberge Casino Resort Lake Charles, Boomtown Casino & Hotel Bossier City and Retama Park Racetrack in Selma, Texas.
Mickey joined Pinnacle Entertainment in 2010 as Vice President of Special Projects where he was responsible for the development and execution of projects and programs aimed at improving Pinnacle’s operational excellence. Prior to joining Pinnacle Entertainment, Mickey held numerous executive positions with Harrah’s Entertainment, now Caesars Entertainment, including Regional Vice President of Casino Marketing for the Gulf Coast Region, Regional Vice President of Casino Marketing for the Southeast Division, and Senior Vice President of Casino Operations and Vice President of Casino Marketing at Grand Casino in Biloxi, Mississippi.
Mickey also held the position of Director of Player Development and Casino Marketing at Beau Rivage Resorts in Biloxi, Mississippi; Director of Player Development for Treasure Chest in Kenner, Louisiana; and Director of Customer Development and Operations for the Flamingo Casino in New Orleans, Louisiana.
